Relationship between Project Space Types, Optimize Energy Performance Credit, and Project Size in LEED-NC Version 4 (v4) Projects: A Case Study

A previous study (Pushkar 2021) showed a significant non-parametric correlation between the Optimize Energy Performance credit from energy and atmosphere category (EAc7) project size in Leadership Environmental Design for New Construction Major Renovations version 4 (LEED-NC v4) office space projects. However, such an empirical analysis, there are at least two problems: choice parametric statistics, Wilcoxon–Mann–Whitney (WMW) analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) tests. This aims to evaluate EAc7 achievement different types spaces LEED-NC v4 We show that, order differences LEED data groups, (1) procedure is preferable one, (2) if Spearman’s same project, then Quade’s ANCOVA WMW.
